Hi Pyrex Just follow the below steps.
1.) Go to cer.opda.cn/en website
2.) Click to register.
3.) After register click on Apply cer
4.) then fill the form which contain model, IMEI etc, and submit.
5.) It will took approx 10 hours or 4 to 5 hours.
6.)After 10 hours login to cer.opda.cn/en website again.
7.) Then go to my certificate.
8.) Then in operate field you will get .cer / .key.
9.) Download .cer & .key file in to your computer.
10.) Also download FreeSigner.sisx it is below in the page.
11.)then click to the Upload cer & fill the form thats it.

with this software you can signed any sis file and also unsigned any sis file.

But you must have .cer & .key file.
